How do I create my own personalized letter?
Simply enter the child’s name(s) and provide some prompted details about them. Our magical letter generator will take care of the rest. Once done, you can add it to your cart and proceed with payment for shipping.
What does handwritten mean?
Each letter is crafted in Santa’s distinctive handwriting using genuine ink from a Bic pen, and not produced by a printer.
What do the letters look like?
The letters are meticulously handwritten in red ink on a white 5×7 card, featuring an image of Santa on the front. They come in a brown craft envelope, also hand printed in red ink.
How long are the letters?
Each letter can contain up to 600 characters. Anything longer jeopardizes the quality of the handwriting.
How long before I receive my letter?
Santa dispatches his letters through USPS, and typically, most letters are expected to reach their destination within 5 to 7 business days. However, as Christmas approaches, delivery times may extend.
How many children can I include in each letter?
You can include up to 4 children in a single letter. Keep in mind that customization becomes more generalized with each additional child due to the character limits of the letter. For the most detailed letter, we recommend one child per letter.
Can I compose my own letter while still using Santa's handwriting?
Absolutely! Just click on the “Create My Own” tab and enter the text of your choice.
How many times can I regenerate the letter?
You have one initial attempt and can regenerate two additional times, giving you a total of three attempts to perfect your letter.
What if I'm not completely satisfied with the letter copy after my allotted regenerations?
You have the option to edit any part of the text you’re dissatisfied with, or you can go to the “Create My Own” tab and input your own text.
What if I regenerate twice but end up preferring my first version?
Simply use the “back” tab until you reach your preferred version.
Can I generate my letter and return later to pay/print?
Unfortunately, once you exit your screen or close our site, your letter will not be saved.
Can I order multiple letters in one transaction?
Currently, you can only add one letter per transaction. If you’d like to order multiple letters, you’ll need to complete separate transactions for each.
Where will the letters be mailed from?
The return address on the envelope indicates Santa’s residence at 123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888, yet it will receive a postmark from Arizona.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the continental U.S.
What is the cost of each letter?
Each letter is priced at $20.00 plus tax, with shipping provided free of charge.
Do you offer refunds ?
Refunds are not currently available, given the customized nature of our letters.
